Kirby Does His Best Mana Knight Impression

No, not Meta Knight (although he is featured in this trailer); Mana Knight. As in, the hero of Secret of Mana.

…Because everyone knows that the best weapon in Secret of Mana is the whip, and not that stupid Mana Sword.

…And Kirby whips a whole bunch of things in the new trailer for Kirby’s Epic Yarn. He whips them with yarn.

Look, I don’t know what you want from me. I play Secret of Mana a lot, and whenever I play it, I always use the whip. Therefore, the absolute first thing that comes to mind when I think of videogame whips is Secret of Mana. There’s no way this blog post could’ve gone without referencing the classic SNES action-RPG in some way.
