This is the saddest thing I have ever seen. Why are parents so upset over Mario games? And why does Kent Shocknek’s Mii look more realistic than the ones we have now?

Yeah, lady, that’s a sure-fire way to get your kids off your back about buying an SNES – give them a dry lecture about how marketing works. I’m sure they’ll understand completely.

“If you miss, the game lets you know your status”. Yeah, “Game Over” was a new feature to SNES.
Might have been early promotional footage. Just like they were showing the SFC, but I doubt they went to Akihabara and picked one up themselves to film.
