We recently decided to experiment with a possible new podcast to add to our repertoire. The GameCola Debatecast—where GameCola staff present balanced arguments slander against Piers Morgan and engage in a riveting point/counterpoint masturbation jokes and leave the audience informed of both sides of this debate revisionist history.
Join your moderator tangent catalyst, Christian Porter, and debaters Matt Jonas and Mark Freedman as they fervently debate waffle incessantly on the side of consoles while Stu Gipp presents solid facts invokes Hitler on the side of PC gaming.

That was so much fun to record, and so much fun to listen to again. We need to do more of these.
I was concerned at the time that it was too much like the regular podcast, but after listening to it again it is pretty different. We could do this again a few times a year.
Yeah, it is pretty different. You put a funny remark at the beginning! I can see why you’d only want to do it a few times a year. It must be rough to edit like an hour or two of audio more than once every three or four months.
By the way, if you need me to drive you to the burn ward, just let me know. I mean, to treat those burns that you have. Like. You know, the ones I just gave you. Is what I mean by that.

This was an interesting debate. As for what to title it, I wouldn’t hesitate to call this Versus Mode (even though right now Versus Mode is exclusively written argument and isn’t live debate).
