i should mention, advent children (as you know) is a movie, around an hour long i believe. BUT its coming with Final Fantasy 7 the game, as its being brought to the PS2. No word as to whether its being redone or just ported, though. On a down note, Final Fantasy 8 is not being brought over, but Square Enix told the fan community that as soon as the playstation is not compatible with its old games (doesn’t play the same type of discs or something like that) then FF8 will be brought back.

I just wanted to mention that “The Power is Yours!” quote in the recent issue is perfect. I think that Captain Planet is unappreciated and underestimated as a superhero in today’s society. Does no one understand that opening phrase, “Captain Planet, he’s a hero”? Heroes today come in all shapes and sizes, even as a gay green man who forms only from the combined powers of overzealous teenagers. We should all be thankful that someone like Captain Planet is out there, stopping those corporate businessmen from polluting the natural wonders of mother nature. I’m with you, Captain Planet! Though I do think that “heart” character is a bit much… let’s give him the old heave ho…
