  1. Can’t wait to listen to this one! Congrats for staying on topic…? Let you know when I finish it, haha. Probably while I’m working on Chapter 5!!! 🙂

  2. Wires were still pretty standard for me back for the Gameboy SP. Then the “wireless adapter” which was used mostly with Pokemon if I recall correctly.

I was kinda in between growing up with video games. I wasn’t shunned or anything, but it wasn’t really a thing where I grew up. After elementary school basically no one outside of my brother played video games to my knowledge. But whenever I brought it up no one really seemed to have negative opinions of it. Wasn’t until highschool that I really got into the mass culture that video games has to offer.

  3. I didn’t technically grow up with video games. Other people I knew had them, while I had a Game Boy Color. I didn’t get a console until the Wii a few years ago. I did play a lot of video games at friends’ houses.

  4. I also love when guys in my grade make video game references that aren’t for sports or COD (nothing against those, but they’re pretty common). I just look at them and think ‘Huh, I may actually be able to tolerate you now.’

  5. I was playing this while waiting for Mock Trial to start and my friend and pricipal were watching me play it. My principal told me that it was the biggest waste of time, and I told her that that was probably true, but… it’s addictive. However, it keeps stealing my coins for no apparent reason.
