During its keynote at the Game Developers Conference earlier today, Nintendo showed off some new footage of its upcoming The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, and boy does it look waggletastic! Check it out here:
I think it’s impressive that it actually looks uglier than the last several Zelda games, but maybe I’m just being overly negative. After all, Nintendo’s never led us astray with any of its core franchises before, right?
…right?
I’m not exactly a Zelda fan, anyway.
Discussion topic: Didn’t Link used to be left-handed?
If you’re not exactly a Zelda fan, how do you know to mention Link might be left-handed?
I’ve played a whole bunch of Zelda games before—in fact, that’s how I know I’m not a fan!
I believe Link became right handed in the Wii version of Twilight Princess because the Wii remote is meant to be held in the right hand (if of course you are right handed yourself).
Why are they reusing the Toon Link artstyle for the realistic Zelda series?
This game really doesn’t look good. Looks the same as the 2006 game which was realy built for the Cube. But, it will still sell 500,000,000 copies because it’s a first party Nintendo game
