I guess this puts to rest the theory that the Amazing Spider-Man (as opposed to the Toby McGuire version, which was merely Adequate) was ever bitten by a radioactive spider—he was clearly bitten by a radioactive Stan Lee. Watch as the 89-year-old man twirls in the air, dives from rooftops, and punches villains in the head:
…Of course, this Stan Lee mission pack is only available if you pre-order the game through Amazon, although it stands to reason that it’ll be made available as a separate DLC download later on. After all—when given the option to play as Andrew Garfield’s Emo-Man, or the creator of all the comic books, who would you choose?
Ok, first of all, the pre-order bonus is through amazon, Stan (the man) Lee did not create ALL comic books, only Marvel
and the Tobey Maguire versions are its own series, this is starting a completely new one, so you’re supposed to pretend like they didn’t happen.
Too a Spidey geek like me, this skin is awesome!
D’oh, I KNEW it was Amazon; not sure why I wrote GameStop. Thanks for the correction.
Sold.
Not only did Stan Lee invent comic books, he invented literature itself.
It’s a trap!
Wait for reviews, video footage and then form an unbiased opinion with solid evidence!
Don’t get suckered in!
I played the demo and it’s not bad. Of course that’s what happened with Sonic Unleashed so that’s not saying much. But I will say that it’s a huge step up from Spider-Man 3.
