Why have I never heard of this game before? It’s called Yoostar 2 (2?! Why haven’t I heard of the original before?!), and it’s a game that uses the Kinect/PlayStation Move camera to insert yourself into TV and movie scenes, taking the place of the original actors and actresses. It’s like a reverse Last Action Hero. Check it out in action here:
Look, OK, I know I’m Mr. “The Kinect is Heralding the End of Videogames” here, but that actually looks kinda fun, in a “let’s embarrass Dad by making him be in Baby Mama again” kinda way. Of course, since the game’s going to retail for $50, I can probably come up with a less expensive way to do that; but nevertheless, maybe all this motion control crap is starting to develop an actual point. Stupid gimmicks can still be entertaining—those aren’t mutually exclusive, even if most other Kinect devs haven’t caught on yet.
Shit yeah, I can’t wait to upload video of my dick wearing some sunglasses and a fake mustache, lip syncing to Terminator.
He’s just looking for an excuse to show us his dick with a pronounced amount of hair on it…
