That’s right, folks, this is GameCola Podcast number FORTY FOUR. Alex Jedraszczak, Paul Franzen, and Christian Porter got together very recently to record this one. While we were sad to find that Sara-mail was down compared to the podcast that came three podcasts before it, we made up for that by inviting a Sara to guest star! That’s right, we called one of our Saras to come on the show.
Not this one.
Despite the lack of Sara-mail, podcast FORTY FOUR had plenty of topics to discuss! So many topics, that we had to call someone else because we couldn’t fill up a full podcast on our own. Just take a look at this beautiful bullet list:
- This is podcast number FORTY FOUR.
- Christian Porter finally released a new Speak American!
- Paul has substantial proof of the pronunciation of Mario.
- Paul cosplayed a girl!!!
- He also cosplayed as the star of his own videogame, Life in the Dorms.
- Long-time Sara Rizziman33 is our first call-in guest!
- The podcasters get into some great roleplay of the title characters from Zelda, Tetris, Halo, and Metroid.
- This is definitely podcast number FORTY FOUR.
So, go listen to podcast FORTY FOUR already! And, don’t forget to email us at podcast@gamecola.net. And subscribe to us on iTunes!
Sorry for confusing you with my comment…it made a lot more sense before my computer glitched.
Sent you an email with my number, but please, if you could, try to give me a heads up a few days before, just so I’ll know. Kind of want to be alone in case it gets crazy! 😉
“Typing of the dead” is randomly mentioned in this podcast? What are the chances that that is my next review? Also, as far as cosplay, I happen to know that Paul was Bebop in the high school spirit week. (Pre-beard Paul, I might add.)
@Frank: Oh my god you remember that. You monster.
Out of all the questions and comments I had planned only one remains.
What the hell is wrong with my voice!?
Looking back on this, this could have gone soooooooo much better if I could just shut up at certain points.
How in Hyrule has NO ONE ever cosplayed as a videogame character? Jeez, invite me to these things next time–I could’ve told you about my convention experience as Crono and my Halloweens as Luigi, Sonic, Mega Man, and a White Wizard from the original Final Fantasy (well before 8-Bit Theater convinced the Internet that White Mage is a female).
Sorry to dissapoint you. But I actually have a life outside of this do I don’t have time (our want to) Cosplay anybody.
