Everyone in life is not so lucky. Some people have a terrible social life and don’t have many friends. Everyone at school hates them and they don’t feel like they belong. The one place they can turn to is the internet, or online games. If a kid lives in a crappy town full of jocks and whores, he can meet friends online.
Playing games online is a great way to meet people around the world without having to pay thousands for a trip to actually go there. You can meet others that have the same interests as you. It’s a fun and easy way to meet friends.
If you are so uncool that even online you can’t find friends, you can just make up a persona. I don’t recommend this because it’s just weird. I played Tony Hawk Online for a long time as someone I wasn’t. It became tiring having to act like someone else every single time your online.
And that is why you need to be careful online, because someone could just be a phony. Never go with anything unless you are 100% sure.
I’m sure that I am just rambling now. Why should anyone take internet advice from me? I don’t really know where I’m going with this so remember, it’s OK to have friends online—just try to make real friends, too.
