… of the Month: Susan and Die Anstalt

Last month I did something that I often do in my writing, only this time it backfired and nearly destroyed my career. This thing being issuing some sort of challenge or asking for some kind of feedback that I have no doubt no one will dare to take up, respond to, or even read. Well, fellows, this month Satan popped up and pelted me right in the face with a snowball fresh from hell. One with a decently sized pebble in it, the bastard. Someone, whether purposefully or not, actually rose to the challenge!

Susan and Die Anstalt.

If you’ll remember, I said that if anyone could best my score in Ganguro Girl 1.5 (a near impossible task!), I would mention them in a future issue of GameCola. Well, no one actually did beat me—near impossible tasks being really hard to complete and all, but someone did tie my score. That’s right, another person actually managed to get some action in a mere 50 days, Ganguro time. Before I introduce this person, however, (or after—her name is in the title of this article.) There’s some things you should know about her.

First and foremost on the list of things that should be known is that she is the one who introduced me to this game. I did not go out and find it on my own while looking for hentai to satisfy my nerdish impulses, she did. Heh…hahaha…woo. Okay, I’m cool. This is not the only game she has introduced me to, however, and this brings us up to an important part of this months of the month. Whee!

Die Anstalt. You take on the role of some kind of psychologist trying to psychoanalyze abused stuffed animals. I’ve seen some weird things in my day, and this is… eh, actually just mildly weird. If you aren‘t me, though, this game may be reeeeally strange and disturbing to you. Sooo, in case you get traumatized or something just remember that it is all Susan’s fault. You can find the game here: http://www.parapluesch.de/.

Anyway, now that all of that is out of the way, I would like to take this time to officially congratulate Susan, who did what no mortal man could do, and tied Matt’s score in Ganguro Girl 1.5. Oh, and perhaps it also should be mentioned that she beat the living crap out of Paul’s score in the process. Poor Paul 🙁

If anyone would like any more information about Susan, such as a physical description, screen name, phone number, personality profile, etc, that is really too bad. I’m not giving you any of that, but maybe if you are, ehm…enlightened enough to truly appreciate Die Anstalt and Ganguro Girl and want to find out about more games Susan recommends, I might be able to help you there.
