Metroid: Other M has received a lot of criticism since its release, for various reasons:

  1. The cutscenes are ridiculously long.

Umm, OK, never mind. People are just upset that the cutscenes are ridiculously long. All Samus does is talk and talk and talk some more. If you don’t believe me, check out this sample cutscene from the game, brought to you by GameCola’s YouTube page.

I’d write more, but I’m afraid that if I write too much, people will compare this article to one of Samus’ monologues. So I’ll just stop right here.
